He is straining a bit on that track, but it's good to hear him making the effort...

The more I listen to the album, the more I'm wondering if Roth did all the vocals, background included; I can't discern a single vocal track that doesn't sound like him.

Now that I think of it, you might be right.

The only song that I can think of that has that classic VH background sound is "You and Your Blues".

I didn't want to say this at the time (I did not want to get anybody in trouble) but the friday before it came out I also went to my bros bar and we played the CD 3 times. We kind of did a pre-release VH album party of our own. That was a fun night. A full house full of VH fans. It rocked!!

The only one that gets me is Outta Space.. I just don't care for Dave's higher range.. It's growing on me because it's a killer track, but I wish he did the first couple of verses like he does the bridge/chorus - a little more in the middle..

People are fucked. I thought Dave sounded great on this !
