Darn near 40 years of dealing with the Van Halen brothers... Mike earned every gawd damned penny of it...

I don't think Ed will do Van Halen without Wolfie.

      Oh dear.

Well, only time will tell if Wolf stands the test of time. ...I agree Ed will never "fire" Wolf. But Wolf may want to leave at some point.

I am sorry to say but I have a hard time even looking at Mike right now without thinking of Spammy. Mike smells like Cabo Wabo too much for me these days. He has branded himself with that clown way too much.

"worked hard for it".... Just a lame excuse to justify buying a 7th sports car.

For me, Mikey is that friend of yours who hangs out with a guy or girl that you just can't fucking stand and you can't understand why. It's really none of my business and I still like the guy ok.

If you add it all up it makes sense ---- Eddie didnt want Soboleski on the 2004 Van Hagar tour so that built resentment. Then after that tour ends disastrously --- Soboleski flips a big middle finger to Ed and Alex by teaming up with Spamborita McPussy for "The Other Half" gigs.

I think by the time Eugenia Van Halen died in 2006 ---- there was very little love between Saucey and the Brothers.

Now that Ed is clean I can see him giving Mike a call to say he is sorry for some of the things that went down or even Spam for that matter. That doesn't mean he will ever jam with them again (god! I hope not with Sam anyway) but maybe be on friendly terms. They have a part of each others lives for so long it would really be a shame to let it go to the grave. The older I get I find myself reconcting with some people I had problems with that I swore I would never speak to again.

IMO ...Wolf will want to do his own thing at some point and sugest having Mike back now that VH is a healthy working band. ...I suspect it would happen on a final tour many years from now. ...I really don't care, I am happy with things the way they are now, my self.
My thoughts exactly. I've said before in some other thread that I see Wolf bringing MA back into the mix, if even for a 'special guest' role on the next tour. Put out a new =VH= album with Ed, Al, Wolf, and Dave, tour with Ed, Al, Wolf, Dave, and Mike (who will come out on bass for three or four songs - maybe while Wolfie plays keyboards on 'I'll Wait', 'Cradle' and 'Jump'). By doing this, they can get right back out on the road while they're all still alive and not waste any time, and feel confident that they are still going to sell out venues having two tours so close together (which, as we all, know, for the truly big classic rock bands like the Stones, McCartney, etc. just doesn't happen anymore).

Dave's mansion in Pasadena not only has a lot more history and character ---- but just imagine all the premium pussy he's banged in that place (starlets, strippers, etc). I bet even Hugh Hefner is jealous.

The only tail that's been in Mike's pad is his wife's dusty old vagina ---- no wonder he spends so much time in the garage working on his hot rods!

Reminds me of the Dave quote: "I know why Sammy Hagar sings about cars, I've seen his wife!!"

Hammy Gagar wouldn't let him. Plus, according to Spammy, his Super-Group would blow them away...why would Mikey leave the super group with a huge tour coming up.
