Shoes, I THINK that is only for VIP's. For some reason, those were getting refunded. Maybe it's because of how much they cost. But, I got an email for the Greenville show that said to hold on to your tix, they will be honored on the rescheduled date.

It also could be because of Cleveland, I know he said that the Q has their own ticketing system independent of TM and Live Nation.

Good job Roth Army. Well done on another finely derailed thread.

What topic are we on now, lol? I'm not claustrophobic at all, but I am mildly agorophobic. My first couple of weeks here on the prairies were brutal, didn't think I'd be able to stay.

I'm okay in the city now, but I still have problems if I look out over open prairie.

As for VH related...I passed out at the Fair Warning concert. I was fucking front row centre. Security pulled me over the boards. I had a panic attack and bolted. Once I calmed down I realized I'd blown the opportunity of a life time. They were going to let me sit inside the barricade, had I not bolted....grrrr....stupid fucking heart!!!!

Been there, survived that. It's amazing my blood pressure is as low as it is.

P.S. I'll have to tell you my Van Halen t-shirt 'extra credit' story sometime...

That's a day in the life of Light Em' Up! Probably the reason I love talking to grown-ups on here :-)

Nah. You got those people wrong. They dont read Rolling Stone either.

You know what, I think you may be right. I was flipping through magazines the other day waiting to pick up my car at Firestone and stumbled upon the only magazine that wasn't Car and Driver. It was SPIN.......they have to be reading SPIN. Either that or I am just completely out of touch with today's music which is fine by me cuz I couldn't recognize one group that magazine was talking about and every group they showed pics of looked just like 20 something Willimasburgh hipsters. I don't know who reads Rolling Stone....I only know that I don't. And I now know not to ever bother opening SPIN magazine either.

Who does the bookings, the promoter or the band?

I'm not ruling anything out in VH land, but to be honest, I didn't expect much more past the original shows booked. The album release kinda surprised me...then the Louisville show came and went without my knowledge. This shit has been too fast-paced even for me to keep track of.

For THAT MANY dates to be added in addition to the ones they've already played is kind of a stretch...I mean, these guys are recovering (?) addicts, cancer survivors, etc., that are beating the hell out of 50 + years on planet earth....how much more can they take? All those extra dates added onto their schedule it was beginning to look like the Diver Down tour all over again. It would kill a 20 year-old....and it has.

Go ahead guys, take a break..

Somewhere around August 1986? Saw them in Wichita, KS August 30, 1986 and Cinderella was the opener there also. Same leg of the tour most likely.
