For the sake of the Japanese fans Dave doesn't need to be over there bad mouthing Ed on TV. It seems clear that Ed's ready to park it on the couch permanently but really "enjoyed" getting out and touring with Wolfgang. Who knows if that ship will really leave port again...

I don't know... just the juxtaposition of "I have a sense of humor... The Van Halens have no sense of humor" plus "I left the band in 85 because my bad habits weren't quite as bad as the Van Halens bad habits"...

But while viewing that I could see Ed and Al sitting on the couch ala 1996 deja vu... with Kurt Lauder whining and crying about WTF Roth never changes. He's an embarrassment... Here we are preparing to tour Japan and the guy is over there bad mouthing the band... and saying it's not all about my hip...
