An old, wise japanese man is much better than a drunken samurai. And it also makes sense because the Van Halen bros. are part oriental. It's much more noticable in Alex than in Eddie, though.

Cuntsidering Roundy McCrocker devoted an entire chapter in his book to how Ed was at his worst when he put his hair up in a samurai ponytail, I choose to perceive Ed's look as more of an unspoken 'fuck you' to that human turd bomb, for cashing in on Ed's downward spiral. But, I'm sure he just wanted to keep his hair out of his eyes.

That is the best sound I have hear since the 07 start of this band..like I have said it takes 3-5 years to get a band right like 74-78 and the first album release,... this is some tight hot shit.

Someone needs to get this cat that recorded that to give us some boot..this is the best until VH releases some live stuf/// OHH I cracked myself up...lol.

VH would be smart to release this show as a live vid concert...very nice..whattever they did there worked.

I normally cannot listen to more than 3 seconds of youtube shit because of thier downngrading iof the sound policies...this is very good.

I feel like placing a video camera up to my monitor just so it won't go away.

Hate to say it, but yep. Sounds like he is singing with his nose plugged. I have a sound stage REO concert from a few years ago and he is horrible on most of it. He can sing the right note's or whatever but the sound of his voice is weird. Not to mention no Gary but that's another story. Dave is getting that same sound on some songs. Others not so much. I don't know what causes that.
