I loved VHs versions of Aerosmith tunes. Not so much Walk This Way, but the guitar work on their version of Sweet Emotion is insane. Mike and Dave struggled a bit with the vocals on that one, but so what, they were are bar room cover band! Their version of Last Child at the Golden West Ballroom is absolutely sick! Technical difficulties and all. Dave tears that one up fa sho!

I vomit when I hear that song too. Believe me. I have never heard shittier song. But their early stuff is really different.
I kinda don't like that they have become so mainstream. Like the video that Matt posted. You see all those mainstream people in the audience with PINK t-shirts. Their image and audience now suck!!

This is the real Aerosmith. No pink t-shirts, no over produced footage, just a wasted band and a small crowd.

Makes a big difference in a stadium show to be playing after the sun goes down.

That's why I'm not a big fan of outdoor/stadium shows. It's still light out pretty late in the summer here. I like the darkness for atmosphere!

I confess and am ready to be stoned ;-) ...
I never really liked them much until my mate threw a sicky and asked me to take his super hot girlfriend to see them . He was worried people would hit on her and he had press tickets from work and she loved them.
It was the pump tour 2nd row from the front .
And they absolutely brought the house down .... Loved them ever since , yeah am great I alwAys discover bands well after the event ...

It was awesome at The Gorge in Washington with Dave on stage and the sun dissappearing behind the mountains...

it was beautiful and I remember it like it was yesterday......
