Come on...a "best of" (that's what BOBW is)....should include information, pictures..etc. of the history of the band. If there were to make a movie or a photo album about your life...I'm sure there would be pictures of your ex-wife. Ignoring her would be stupid. whether it was a good experiance or bad, that was part of your life. Face it!

Well maybe Rikk... but my gut suspects that maybe they acknowledge Dave existed by the song selection and that after 20 years apart it just ain't that big a deal for a picture.
We've had the last 20 years to develop our psychosis over Dave possibly returning to the band... they've spent the last 20 years living a whole different life with another guy on the mic. To me including the pic of Dave is like expecting someone to include a pic of your ex-wife 20 years later in a Christmas card just cause she gave birth to the children (music) involved...
5150CLOWN had a great point...if you're going to do a retrospective, if you're going to have a career-spanning anthology, don't ignore certain parts of that history. Selective retrospective behavior is pathetic.Roth Army Militia

and you know, if they ever do a "VH1 Behind the music" or the history of VH with the VH brothers being part of it...all you'll hear is whinning and whinning about the early days. Totally demonizing Dave & the managment that helped make the band into a supergroup. So don't count on Dave's career coming back anytime soon. Ofcourse. It doesn't take brain surgery, but unfortunatly for the sisters, it may just take brain surgery for them to get off of their high horse."If Eddie & Dave would put asside their egos, Aerosmith would have to give up their tittle of the 'Greatest American Rock Band'"Comment

Remember, Dave called Ed back in 1996 to see how he (Dave) would be represented in a "Best of" package. When things fell apart, the VH answer was a black cover, the new logo and inside Ed's new guitar. In his book he talks about it. How the once colorful and great mediam is now reduced to a black cover.
Dave obviously wanted to be represented as much as Sam for obvious reasons. But the girls decided to erase him last time...and now this time they took it even further.
Hope you're happe Alex and Ed. You guys now have your huge ego fed more and more each day and Dave is in hell. You guys sure are a class act....>NOT!"If Eddie & Dave would put asside their egos, Aerosmith would have to give up their tittle of the 'Greatest American Rock Band'"Comment
