Amazing. The ones I've read says he can't write new laws with an EO, only make minor enforcement directives to existing laws.

In other words, he CANNOT enact an assault weapon ban, limit magazine size, or order Universal Background Checks (which, if they include checking on a person's mental treatment, violate HIPAA laws).
