Well, as much as I agree we need to tighten up background checks and all that, it's kind of hard to judge future intent. I've read reports today that say the killer was a nice guy. And then he went either ultra postal or jihadi. So unless you're a raving lunatic it's kinda hard to keep someone from buying a gun.

Ok, we'll let you have an air soft gun. I see that air soft wars or whatever guys call it when they go out and shoot their fake guns at each other are quite popular in the UK. Honestly I don't see the appeal in shooting other grown men with a little plastic bb that can't travel more than a few feet but I guess it's fun. Although they do get all dressed up in tactical gear and run about in the woods playing spec ops Army SEAL ninja warriors. So that's kinda cool.
