Dave wrote 90% of the first 6 albums. Put them on and listen again. That's not Al or Ed singing fool. It's Diamond Dave. In fact he wrote a few tunes off 5150 too, if you want to get tech on us. But yes, Ed and Al can take credit fro everything after that. The sell out to Pepsi Cola in 91, the commercialised shit they did for soundracks as well. Ed and Al can also take credit for fucking up a perfect chance to give the fans what they wanted in 96. Then again in 2000. And now they (Ed and Al) can take credit for giving the fans what they dont want all over again. The tequila drinking, cock smoking, sandel wearing, capri pant lovin, alien abducted afro wearing DLR wanna be Spermmy Hagar. They can take credit for losing wives, forgetting kids. Ed cant handle things when he drinks and cant be in control of his life never mind a band too! see, Dave can drink and smoke and he is still motivated to work and perform and does it quite well. Ed cannot do those things when he is drunk! thats the difference. Dave is a mans man and Ed is at best a drunk bitch. Dave left, Val left .... 2 important pieces of his life and business life. we will just keep watchin the ship go down.


also Dave was the brains behind the band. he motivated them from the beginning, had all the ideas, planned all the events and gave the band an identity. VH since dave has left has no identity. Ed wants to be a leader, its not something you can want or all the sudden do. either your a leader or your not and usually people are born leaders. its not something you can teacjh or just suddenly be. if you can seriously look at the 2 versions of VH and say sammy is better than its just your taste. but nobody, not even spermmy lover can deny the original and classic VH. we wouldnt be here today talking about VH as a legendary band if dave was never in it. they would have been a successful pop band at best and never reached legendary status without dave. its dumb to even argue about original line ups in bands. its just something you cant deny.
