I really liked Eddies Rythm playing on this track the drumming was kind of not that great. Eddies leads were all washed up. just listened to it ... to be honest ... I was afraid van hagar could come back with something really decent the sheep would buy and celebrate...well...

the song has no hookline

the song has no riff (only some dark grunge leftover shredding in the beginning and between the chorus and the solo) what is supposed to sound angry, furious and heavy just sounds chaotic and hectically...

the song has no structure and sounds like a musical puzzle...it doesn't really sound like that song was "written"...sounds more like "didn't we have some chorus on the other tape that could fit? something dave did?" "yeah" "then cut and paste it..." the song is annoying at least after the second listening...

sams screeching (which is hard to listen to, anyway) sounds "edited"...like something that was put over some pre-recorded stuff...doesn't mix with the music...and at the end sam really tries a classic dave scream...well...it's annoying during the FIRST listening

ed's solo...something we haven't heard before? no...ok for me...
