it is at #2 and #7. If they totalled both it would probably be #1.

I was just e-mailed by a friend that he hears Adele's Grammy performance will push her to about 225k in sales this week !!!

If this is concrete, were looking at a #2 debut, that is, of course, if every momshell, went out and bought a Whitney cd yesterday !

Then, we'll be looking at #3.

I'm hoping that since Adele's LP has been out a while (hasn't it?, don't care enough to check), and that a majority of the people that would buy Adele have a weak spot for Whitney and will buy Whitney and refrain for now in buying Adele, then Van Halen is actually helped by the recent death of Whitney to slow down the Adele sales. The Whitney tragedy has not had enough time to overrun the Van Halen sales, but enough to dent the Adele sales since that genre of music includes the buyers of Whitney. My wishful thinking

Does each deluxe version of ADKOT count as 2 sales, since it's 2 discs? I know that's what usually happens for a double album, in terms of counting the actual number of units moved, anyway.
