No shows for 5 days?! What the hell am I supposed to do, sleep or something?! It's gonna be really weird when this tour is over. I can't remember what I did with myself before all of the insanity began around Christmas.

The excitement was going downhill for me in June anyway though. Combination of start times three hours behind where I live, plus they settled into the identical setlist for the last 10 shows or so. I'm probably in the minority but I'd rather have a hiatus than the same exact setlist for the next two months. A major part of the fun was that for the first time in forever, they were rotating songs and giving us surprises, and we were sitting here wondering what song would come next.

Yeah I remember Adam Curry! He was awful and then he'd put on the leather jacket for "Headbanger's Ball" to look like he fit in more. Rikki Rachtman was awful too. You know one thing I notice on VH1 Classics "Metal Mania" these days is they WILL play Dave's "Goin' Crazy" but nothing else. No '81 Oakland videos...No "Hot For Teacher" or anything VH. Just the one tune.

Can I say that I really am missing gig nights??? And yes, I miss hanging out with you guys....I feel like I am having some withdrawls. Anyways, I'm looking forward to the next stops in Japan, Australia, or where ever in the hell they are!

I agree! Last night was supposed to be Mohegan Sun, and I was gonna be there. This coming Friday will be tough - that was my 'front row' night.
Watched a DVD of one of the '12 shows last night, but it just wasn't the same. I'm sure I'll be posting here next Friday - at least we still have each other, right?
By the way I have an inside source that tells me LUTS will be played next Friday - I'll be sure to let you know...

Talked to Momshell last night.....good grief, she and I are going NUTS with out gig nights. Watched a few DVD's of the 2012 tour and also from 2007 tour....feeling some serious withdrawl symptoms....
