Crêpes with blueberry cream cheese filling, and its not that artificially flavored crap either. I mixed plain cream cheese with real blueberries.

That is SO exaggerated. Of course everything has positive and negative effects. It's only natural. Even if there was no pollution at all, there would still be things in nature that are there naturally that would effect us badly. You can't isolate yourself from that. Just eat what you know from experience makes you feel good.

For example, there are people who LOVE LCHF. But I spoke to a friend of a friend who is a dietist, she said that LCHF is developed by the scientists for the people with epilepsy. It is supposed to chenge the chemistry in your brain. Then people started using it as a diet.

I myself am a vegetarian out of principle. I LOVE bread, but it makes me feel bloated and just doesn't make me feel good. Milk and dairy products make my asthma worse. I eat cheese, but milk was never my thing, even when I was a baby. I just feel the best with the mediterranean diet, if I cut down on the bread.

Have you tried sprouted grain bread? It's all I ever eat anymore, for toast or sandwiches. And have you been tested for gluten sensitivity or celiac disease. I don't have those issues, but it sounds like you might, if you have problems with bread.

I haven't tried that. What is that?

No I haven't been tested for gluten, but I am probably gluten intolerant. I know my mom is. I am also lactose intolerant, which is okay, since I hate milk anyway.
                        Eggs gross me out.

It's what the name says. Bread made with whole grains that have been germinated (sprouted). Way more nutritious AND tasty!

Probably the most popular brand of sprouted grain bread in the US is "Ezekiel 4:9", so named because the recipie for the bread can literally be found in the Bible....

"Take also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentils and millet, and spelt and put them in one vessel…" Ezekiel 4:9
So as you can see, it's a good choice for someone on a vegetarian or vegan diet.

Not sure if they sell this brand outside the US, but I'm sure there has to be something similar in Sweden.
