Corn beef hash, eggs over easy, and potatoes. And of course we'll be having more corn beef, cabbage, and potatoes tonight for St. Paddy's Day. Of course, they actually don't eat much corn beef in Ireland and it's entirely an American tradition - much like drinking shitty beer with food coloring and getting piss drunk and overturning police cars in the post-parade riot (actually, I think they do that in Belfast, but not to celebrate St. Patrick's Day)...
