I live alone, so I rarely cook for myself. The prep, mess and leftovers just don't excite me.

I hear ya! I'm in the same boat. I hate all of it! But I still do it, because my single friends don't live that close, the attached ones never leave home and I don't do fast food; so I suffer through it.

You can go out and eat alone. I sometimes perfer it. I went on one week vacation alone once. It was the BEST vacation I ever had. I can really recommend everybody to try something like that.

Same here. I go solo all the time. Sit at the bar, people watch and sometimes you get pleasantly surprised.. The key is showing up.

Trust me, I do more alone than with other people! I'm not afraid, and definitely prefer it sometimes. Went to see P!nk last night alone (holy fucking shit, what a show!!!!). Sat next to a nice couple from South Dakota. The gal wasn't too friendly, but the guy was really nice to me! LOL

I guess the eating thing isn't that big of a deal. I just keep the cooking simple. Tin foil is my best friend. No mess. Just throw it away. LOL

Vacationing alone is the best. You can do what you want, when you want. I prefer going to concerts alone too. Eating...fuck it, I'm a starving student...I can't afford to eat, lol.

I live in the land of REAL scallops. Sea scallops, 10 count to bushel , or a basket as it were.....

The pie plates as we call "em are easier to shuck because they're easier to grip. Smaller shells are harder just because it take longer to make the count...
