Hahaha, probably That's what it's like here. But we're strong :-) If I didn't get this thing for free I would NEVER EVER buy it for myself. I did think people who used them were just weak, spoiled pussies... I guess I'm just a weak pussy, too.

I am making spinach lasagne. And I just used one of your american style can openers for the first time ever. I got a bunch of presents from work, including one of those. It is amazing. It took no time, and no force at all. I never would have bought it myself before, I always kinda thought that you guys were pussies for not using a proper, old school can opener. But I was wrong. You guys are amazing at making up stuff that lead to less work

How do you use yours? Do you have to hold the can up in the air, or do you put it somewhere?

You hold the edge of the can up into the middle part and push down on the lever and the machine does the rest. It is sometimes a little tough to get it started, but it beats the hell out of one of those manual ones. After using the manual kind for many years, it seems that they wear out alot faster than the electric kind. The electric one will last for years, whereas the other kind last for months, in my experience.

Cause these old european one last forever. Until you lose them. The only thing you really need from it to work is that sharp point and some muscles :-)
