When Rachel Jeantel says 'cracker,' it's a cultural thing...

Man... I can only imagine. People calling the state racist for trying the black guy, everyone else saying that he shot the kid cause he hates white people because he thinks they're all racists... And then all the white people of America have a race riot when he's found not guilty...
Actually I think Zimmerman is still in trouble; the Martin family will likely file a wrongful death lawsuit. He's still got problems in his future.
My armchair analysis is this....thou shalt not kill!
Very easy to understand, and not exactly unambiguous. It is what it is.
This was a case of some overzealous neighborhood-watch-wannabe cocksucker who went too goddamn far.
In my neighborhood, differences are settled right out in the street. Without a firearm. That was not the case here, and now someone's dead. And the one who shot him got a free skate!
I wouldn't give a squirt of piss to be this guy right now! He'll be constantly looking over his shoulder every single day for the rest of his life. That's fair enough I suppose. Verdict notwithstanding, after awhile of living like that, I'm positive that he'd be willing to shave his balls with a motherfucking chainsaw to be anyone else in the world.
You can run from anyone else in the world....except yourself!

Unfortunately not.....
Apparently among all the other laws in Florida which protect criminals, there's also one that says that some piece of shit like Zimmerklansman, who gets away with a "not guilty" verdict on "self -defense" grounds cannot be held liable in a civil lawsuit for the same crime.
So this piece of filth doesn't even get the same level of "justice" as OJ Simpson. Which wasn't much anyway (did he ever even end up actually losing any money in all that shit?)

I thought OJ wound up broke from all the legal stuff that went on.
I think largely the case only got national attention because the media could sensationalize it due to the color of the two people involved. They weren't even going to charge him with anything initially (probably due to lack of evidence) until the Governor basically ordered them to do it.

In all fairness, the 'juice' had to pay Johnny Cochran a pretty penny for the 'Dr, Seuss' defense. Despite the fact that it was mind-fuckingly brilliant, it got O.J. to where he is today.
