Beyond that, you have the judge ordering the jury to deliberately IGNORE the section of Florida law which states that a self-defense claim cannot be valid if the defendant is the one who instigated the events. Which Zimmerklansman unquestionably did.

That's a fucking mistrial, as far as I'm concerned. The Jeb appointed cunt judge should be thrown off the bench for that, and they need to try this case properly, with a full jury.

Here's the thing....

In a democracy, with a court system that requires proof beyond a reasonable doubt, sometimes the guilty go free. And sometimes the innocent are convicted. Both are tragedies, but that's just the way it goes sometimes. Sometimes race plays a role, sometimes money/fame play a role....

And sometimes it is just inept lawyers and/or hamstringing judges' instructions.

For whatever reason, this one didn't go the way many of us wish it had. But this trial is over.

Let's wait and see what the civil trial brings.
