Sanders has some great ideas. But some of them aren't feasible IMO at this time. I'm opposed to amnesty for illegals because that's just going to encourage more of them to stream accross the border just like it did when Ronald Reagan signed the bill to give them amnesty the last time. $15 an hour minimum wage sounds good to until you think of the effect that would have on people on fixed incomes from social security and or pensions and such. If social security is running out of money now what would happen if it went up as the cost of living with a $15 an hour minimum wage in place goes up? How about a $10 minimum wage and something to encourage employers to hire full time employees instead of temps and part timers? How about a flat tax rate for everyone with no loopholes? How about making companies pay taxes on the profit on products sold here here? How about making sure Americans are taken care of first before giving handouts to foreigners?
