No more drones, no more carpet bombing, no more massive "boots on the ground" full scale invasions. Just send in the special forces to target the assholes who are actually pulling this shit, and take them out with as little "collateral damage" (civilians killed) as possible.

That's still putting boots on the ground which means we put more Americans in harms way. These guys aren't gonna fight like that. They're gonna use suicide bombers and set booby traps. They don't care if civilians get caught in the crossfire on end up as collateral damage. They don't put any value on their own lives, why would they care if they killed innocent bystanders?
