so did I...when my dad died 20 years ago I deceided never to touch any booze and did from then on...it's easy when you are young gets harder when you grow up because alcohol is a very "socialising" element and people somtimes want to push you to drink with them...it's a question of just saying NO...it works...

Is there actually any social event that doesn't involve alcohol? Besides work or school (depending on your age) when ever you ask "where's a good place to hang out and meet new people" the usual retort is "go to a bar" or go to a "club." Both centers of alcohol. I blame the women for alcohol abuse!
