Not all human rights are covered by the Bill of Rights. But Jefferson did state in the constitution that all people have inaliable rights or universal rights to persue their own happiness. Jefferson also was not a fan of organized religion.
I would say religion is overshadowing and dictating what a small percentage of the population can do regarding their happiness.Last edited by Nitro Express; 08-02-2012, 01:37 AM.No! You can't have the keys to the wine cellar!Comment

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Near-death_experience
Actually, there's been a phenomenon that does support it in theory. But like anything, it can be entirely scientifically proven.
There are a couple of long studies going on in places like ER rooms where objects have been put up on shelves above the line of sight unless you were floating above but so far nothing.
I don't want to take away all your hope on this but it's not looking good.
There are all sorts of arguments about how without death life is meaningless. If you live forever then all moments become nothing, what's good about an experience if it will happen to you again an infinite amount of times?
It's interesting that religions always sell immortality but few people question how much fun it would be.Comment

From there Elisha went up to Bethel. While he was on his way, some small boys came out of the city and jeered at him. "Go up baldhead," they shouted, "go up baldhead!" The prophet turned and saw them, and he cursed them in the name of the Lord. Then two shebears came out of the woods and tore forty two of the children to pieces.

Knowing this first of all, that scoffers will come in the last days with scoffing, following their own sinful desires. They will say, “Where is the promise of his coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all things are continuing as they were from the beginning of creation."

What confuses you idiots is the word -GAY- it is a descriptive smoke screen used as a tool to hide sadistic sexual relationships between same sex people .
It is impossible for two men to be in love, it is always rape or masterbation , there is nothing more
to it than that.
The psychological damage done to some of the males is so horrific, they become twisted and lost as if this was all they were.
If people would use the first descriptive term then your heads may clear.
I won't post them here, but everyone of those words to describe homosexual relations,
is now labeled as hatespeak.
Acts of Hate described verbally.
The NAMBLA and homosexual community has glossed over thier sick acts and convinced the narrow minded that
there cause, is one of civil rights, instead of what it trully is, legalizing sadistic rape and humiliation domination, by one of the sex partners in the relationship.
Mind control is wasted on the easily duped of this world they can easily be lead around by the nose ,, but it is very effective in getting the sadists a legal foothold on society.
