The ASCAP list is pretty confused and it is unclear what it is supposed to represent. It includes not only songs the group has written themselves, but also lists a few covers they have performed or recorded, like Little Feet's "APOLITICAL BLUES", the Milton Ager/Jack Yellen tune "BIG BAD BILL IS SWEET WILLIAM NOW", and Led Zep's "ROCK AND ROLL". The list even includes a few Hagar solo tunes the band played during shows in the Hagar era.

And you are correct, although a cover, "YRGM" is missing, as is "Where Have All The Good Times Gone".

You should hear the Robert Downey Jr. version of the song, which is...to be kind, interesting. Due to the limits of his voice (which sounds like a marriage between Peter Gabriel and that guy from Counting Crows), the arrangement removed all of the high parts, so Downey could more or less warble his way through it. Then Yes vocalist Jon Anderson was brought in to sing his original high parts, which sort of made the idea of covering the song somewhat redundant.

Yeah, that's been listed on ASCAP since 2001 or so. Can't imagine Van Halen doing that song, but I suppose it's possible they were working on it in the sessions that were taking place at that time, before Eddie's lawyers fucked it all up.
