“The greatest enemy of knowledge is not ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge.”― Stephen Hawking -
After Spicoli wrecks Jefferson's car...
Jefferson's Brother: My brother's gonna kill us! He's gonna kill us! He's gonna kill you and he's gonna kill me, he's gonna kill us!
Jeff Spicoli: Hey man, just be glad I had fast reflexes!
Jefferson's Brother: My brother's gonna shit!
Jeff Spicoli: Make up your mind, dude, is he gonna shit or is he gonna kill us?
Jefferson's Brother: First he's gonna shit, then he's gonna kill us!
Jeff Spicoli: Relax, all right? My old man is a television repairman, he's got this ultimate set of tools. I can fix it.American by birth. Southern by the grace of God.

And I'd be eagerly awaiting the show from the second I bought the tickets until the show date...then I'd get to the arena early, have several stiff drinks and watch the show gawking like an open-mouthed breather the whole time they were onstage.
And THEN, true to form, I'd log onto this site, write a scathing review and periodically return to bitch about it for years to come.American by birth. Southern by the grace of God.

No kids, you shouldn't try that. It was a different time, back when drinking and driving wasn't such a big deal.American by birth. Southern by the grace of God.

Now, I love Blood & Fire. But I prefer the instrumental, Ripley. Same thing with She's The Woman and the other redone songs. Not because I pine away for the days when Dave could peel paint and shatter glasses with his screams. But because I can't unlearn the original lyrics, and because I'm just so damn used to hearing Ripley without lyrics.American by birth. Southern by the grace of God.

Outta Space is creative yet too frenetic. Let's Get Rockin' is dumb yet catchy.
Big Trouble is fun in a Jamie's Cryin' sense. Big River is fun in a old fart going camping sense.
Tattoo, again some points for creativity, but the theme, soul, swagger and character that went into the club version (not the Japan one) of Down In Flames is just too damn good.
Bullethead. Never understood more than a few words of the original, but it's manic delivery pushes it past the choppy verses of the ADKOT version.
Beats Workin I actually like the new better than the old. "Fast Eddie. He's getting ready". Duh. The only slip up on the new is the same as Outta Space. Dave is singing in the Indeedido voice. Too shrill to really understand what the hell he's saying.Comment
