Why don't yll get out of the time-warp!!! It's not 1984, and DLR is no longer the sex-symbol he still thinks he is. The guy is washed up, and has been for the past 15 years. He looks like shit now, and can't make a career out of anything. At least Sammy could put out decent solo material that sold!!! Besides, Van Halen could have never evolved musically as they had if they kept Roth. He's too shallow, all about image, and doesn't have the vocal range, therefore limiting what Eddie could write. But most off all, get out of the time warp you idiots!!!Comment

Washed up, maybe you're thinking of Ed getting his ass handed to him on guitar by Wolfgang live onstage. I saw the 4th of July Boston Pops, and Dave sounded fuckin' great. He looked good too, not that I give a fuck about how he looks, but how he sounded. I also saw Dave last October here in NYC, and he fucking ruled. Maybe you just have your head up your ass, or maybe you just don't know any better... I don't know. All I can say is that if you don't like what you read here in these forums(on a DAVID LEE ROTH website), then go to the links. We don't need you here for anything. We're not looking for 1984 to come around again, we are waiting for the continuation of 1996, and for some closure to the whole Van Halen singer issue.
One Tour with Dave and then all parties involved can resume their egomanical lives seperately. That's all i asked, and at this point I don't even want that.
Dave should avoid EVER doing anything with them again even if the call does come from Edward...which it won't because he's a self centered spoiled ass middle aged adult who has forgotten where he came from and the vehicle he used to get where he is.
